The JROTC Unit Management System (JUMS) is a US Army application specifically designed for the collection and management of JROTC Cadet records and JROTC unit information. JROTC Instructors are responsible for the accurate and timely entry of information into JUMS. Access to the JUMS application and the ability to perform functions within the application are role based. Each role within the application has unique permissions assigned. Assigned roles define and limit the functions JROTC Cadets are authorized to perform in the application.

JROTC Cadets are NEVER authorized to access the JUMS application using a JROTC Instructor’s login credentials or perform functions within the application under a JROTC Instructors login or another Cadet’s login credentials.
